Consider the Ann Arbor Yoga and Meditation 500, 300 or 200-hour Certification Programs where Yoga is a powerful vehicle for personal examination, growth, and expression that includes the certification you need for advanced teaching.

Yoga Alliance has registered Ema Stefanova and Ann Arbor Yoga and Meditation. In addition to the basic 200-hour RYT200 Yoga Therapist and Teacher Certificates, students may earn 300-hour and 500-hour RYT500 Yoga Therapist and Teacher Certificates.

Classes include training in asana, pranayama, mudra, bandha, mantra and multitude of other forms of meditation (dhyana), yogic cleansing (shankaprakshalana) and all aspects of yoga done in a way that only a genuine living tradition can deliver. Special events include local, state and international retreats, intensives, and seminars. Students from all traditions are welcome.
