Dear Aspiring/Registered Yoga Teacher,
If your vision of teaching Yoga includes: Yoga therapyConsider the Ann Arbor Yoga and Meditation 500-hour training where Yoga is a powerful vehicle for personal examination, growth, and expression that includes the certification you need for advanced teaching. Yoga Alliance has accredited Ema Stefanova and the Ann Arbor Yoga and Meditation School. In addition to the basic 200-hour teaching certificate, students may earn 300-hour and 500-hour Yoga Teacher and Yoga Therapy training and certificates. Taught by Yoga Master and experienced Yoga Therapist Ema Stefanova and school graduates, advanced classes include training in asana, pranayama, meditation, banda, mudra, mantra and cleansing. Special events include local, state and international retreats, as well as visits from Satyananda trained Swamis and teachers. Students with training from all schools of yoga are accepted.
