Stefanova is a highly skilled and experienced master teacher. She comes from a family of natural yogis, and healers and holds degrees in Engineering as well as English Language and Literature. Her teaching, yoga therapy and meditation are inspired by her miraculous yoga and meditation life journey and the direct guidance by senior swamis in the health, spirituality and research oriented lineage of Swami Satyananda Paramahansa (Swamiji) and the Bihar School of Yoga.
Ema has selflessly shared the wealth of this high level knowledge working with private yoga therapy, Olympic athletes and other individual and corporate clients, training and mentoring teachers, and leading retreats locally, at SW Lake Michigan, in Europe and Mexico. Ema's unique and gentle teaching style inspires, heals and changes lives.
