BASIC YOGA


For those new to yoga or new to Satyananda style yoga. The emphasis is on basic yoga postures (asana) yogic breathing, and meditations!. Favorite also for continuing students with no steady home practice.

OPEN LEVEL YOGA CLASS


Excellent for both beginner and continuing students. The class is designed to peacefully energize you and develop total fitness — meaning not only a healthy body but also emotional stability, stress free personality, and heightened mental awareness.

GUIDED MEDITATION


Learn deep relaxation, concentration and meditation. Have a transformative experience! Expand your consciousness through meditation practices from the time-tested yoga and tantra traditions.
Become “stress-resistant” amidst the pressures, insecurities and difficulties of modern life. No particular belief system is needed. Both beginning and continuing students love this class.

YOGA TEACHER CERTIFICATION

Our uniquely holistic, hands-on, and comprehensive 200, 300 and 500 hour yoga teacher and yoga therapy trainings have been popular with social workers, massage therapists, nurses, and healers of all modalities as well as existing yoga teachers of all paths. 4 modules for the RYT200 hour teacher certification and 9 for the RYT500 certification to complete at your own pace and reasonably priced too.
