BEGINNING GENTLE YOGA


For those new to yoga or new to Satyananda Style Yoga. Authentic, easy-to-do and highly therapeutic yoga practices will help relieve stress and tension. You will be able to develop a meaningful home practice. Ema’s CD/DVD set is now available to help with that! Experience true yoga! Feel the difference!

OPEN LEVEL YOGA


Excellent for both beginners and continuing students, men, women and older teens. The class is designed to peacefully energize you and develop total fitness — meaning not only a healthy body but also emotional balance, and a stress free personality .

PRENATAL YOGA


Learn asana, pranayama, yoga nidra and meditation that will allow you to integrate the physical, energetic and spiritual experiences of becoming a mother.

CARDIO YOGA


Fast paced, rejuvenating, complete work-out and deep relaxation, for healthy individuals. Beginners are most welcome!

MOMMIES DO YOGA, DADDIES TOO

Workout for the parents, total fun for the whole family. Babies and toddlers are both welcome!

THE REAL YOGA NIDRA/BETER SLEEP

Nidra means sleep. Yoga Nidra means psychic sleep i.e. conscious relaxation without falling asleep. When learned as originally designed by Satyananda Paramahansa Swamiji, and handed down by yoga masters, this is an extremely therapeutic practice beneficial for managing insomnia, anxiety, panic disorders, stress-relief and developing meditation.
