Ann Arbor Yoga and Meditation, RYS200, RYS500 has successfully registered Yoga Teacher Certification RYT200 and RYT500 programs with Yoga Alliance national registry.

We are Michigan's only Registered Yoga School offering both RYT200 (Basic) and RYT500 (Advanced) yoga teacher certification, as well as Yoga Therapy Certification at the 300 and 500-hour level for existing RYT200 teachers, and 500-hour Yoga Therapy Certification for qualified applicants. Our courses have been popular among social workers, massage therapists, nurses and other health care professionals, as well as yoga teachers of all traditions. We have been training yoga teachers worldwide since 1979!

Ema Stefanova is a master yoga and meditation teacher. She has appeared on National TV (health programs, Winter 2006) and in the Crazy Wisdom (bookstore) Journal (spring 2005 issue), Ann Arbor Business Review (Jan 2007), and International Journal of Yoga Therapy (Jan 2007). She has taught yoga to groups and to individuals worldwide since 1979, and in the Ann Arbor, MI area since 1990. Her unique and gentle teaching style comes from her extensive training under masters in the world-renowned Satyananda yoga lineage as well as her personal practice.

Ema is a member of the International Association of Yoga Therapists (IAYT).

We are a registered Yoga School for 200 and 500 levels with the Yoga Alliance.
